Enjoy a canopy of live oaks just step away from the beautiful Atlantic coast. Porch Sittin' has two spacious screened porches to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. There are 2 full kitchens to entertain your large family. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed with a master bath. There is a large living room with plenty seating for visiting with your family and friends. A half bath is conveniently located on the first floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and den with 3 bedrooms, full bath and half bath. There is a king size bed, queen bed, and 3 twins and a futon. There is an outside hot and cold shower with a dressing room. Golfcart, bikes, beach chairs, Cornhole, grill and fire pit are all included.

Summer Rentals are 7 nights Sat - Sat

Spring, Fall, & Winter is a 3-night minimum

Housekeeping includes towels, linens & cleaning for an additional $155.00
